Come try a 60 Minute Stretch Sesh! Introductory session is available for new clients only. A fully customized, hands-on assisted stretch using a variety of tools, props, and modalities depending on what your body needs in the moment. The intention is to relax your central nervous system through breath work so you can sink deep into each slow hold and fascial release. I use targeted pressure to help rehydrate tissue and clear fascial adhesions. No two sessions are alike—we focus on what you're needing that day. I also incorporate guidance on proper movement patterns to ensure you're moving through life in a way that supports your body, not hurts it.
