With the extra time, we can move through your whole body without rushing, giving each area the attention it needs and lingering longer in the holds that matter most. Using props, breathwork, and a variety of hands-on techniques, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state so your nervous system can fully settle and your body can open in ways a shorter session doesn’t allow. Like every session, it’s completely customized to how you’re feeling that day. We’ll also have time to talk through your movement habits and explore simple ways to move with more ease, so the benefits carry into your everyday life.
